“The carpet cleaners were on time and the bill was exactly as I was quoted over the phone. They started by vacuuming my carpets and then pre-sprayed my entire carpet even before they started the cleaning process. I was weary about my wood floors getting scratched. They took special care as to not scratch anything. They also protected my baseboards with corner guards. When they finished cleaning and using Hot Water Extraction for all my carpets, they took out a rake and set the pile for easier drying. Even gave me a fridge magnet for ease of any follow-up or next cleaning appts with owners name and contact number. They were great and I will call them next time. I showed my neighbor how clean my carpets were she called and set up for her carpets to be cleaned.”
